COOLING WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

ANTISCALENT & DISPERSANT – a specially designed unique formulation for scale inhibition. It is a powerful dispersant & antiscalant agent especially customised for the control of scale, deposition & fouling in recirculating cooling water system. It has a very strong dispersing ability that enables the easy dispersion of insoluble particulate matter like clay, mud, silt, etc. and prevents their accumulation in low velocity areas. It effectively prevents Ca, Mg & Zn phosphate scales.

CORROSION & SCALE INHIBITOR - a specially designed unique formulation for corrosion & scale inhibition. It is a blend of cathodic & anodic inhibitors to controls corrosion of multi-metals in cooling water systems. It also eliminates scale formation on heat transfer surfaces of cooling water system due to the combined effect of antiscalant & powerful dispersant.

BIODISPERSANT – a specially formulated product to control slime formation on surfaces of cooling water cooling water system and to optimize heat transfer capacity by keeping the heat transfer surfaces clean. It contains non-ionic surfactants alongwith solubilizing & penetrating agents. It improves the performance of chlorine & non-oxidizing biocides by removing and dispersing slime & deposits thereby exposing trapped microorganisms. It is non-toxic & non-polluting and also has no chlorine demand.


 

BIOCIDE – A range of biocides to control microbial growth observed in the cooling water system. It is a wide spectrum biocide to be used to control algal, bacterial and fungal growth in cooling water systems. It also controls Anaerobic bacteria like Sulphate reducing bacteria, etc.

POLYMER – It is based on organic polymer for nil phosphate system designed to eliminate scale formation on the heat transfer surfaces under cooling water conditions. It also contains powerful deposit controller which disperses suspended matter and is removed during normal blowdown.

CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR CLOSE LOOP CIRCUIT - It is available in borate nitrate based & borate free formulation for the closed loop systems. It is specially formulated with new generation chemicals to control corrosion of multimetal systems. It also contains low molecular weight, multifunctional polycarbonxylates alongwith organic antiscalent to efficiently control corrosion and scale deposits on heat transfer surfaces.
